This is a Krakow‑based hybrid role, working from Aon’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in Krakow with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office, in line with our smart working policy.

What the day will look like
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will be part of the Benelux Transformation Office, supporting the delivery of complex, international transformation programs.
You will:
- Coordinate and support projects or workstreams within mid‑size and larger transformation programs
- Turn program objectives into clear plans, landmarks and deliverables, ensuring shared understanding across collaborators
- Support business leaders in taking ownership of change and outcomes, encouraging business‑led transformation
- Coordinate execution across business teams and Global capacity (including Global Contact Centre teams), fostering collaboration and alignment
- Prepare and present structured reporting, insights and recommendations for transformation leads, business owners and senior collaborators
- Support financial tracking, forecasting and reporting in line with program and VRO standards
- Contribute to managing dependencies, risks and issues with a strong focus on integration and coherence
- Help ensure a clear handover of project outcomes to business experts and owners, including aligned process documentation and opportunities for further improvement

- Work closely with the Benelux Transformation Office Director, Transformation Leads and colleagues across Aon on a range of transformation initiatives
- Act as a bridge between strategy, program direction and day‑to‑day execution, with exposure to senior leaders and decision‑makers across the Benelux region
- Build relationships with business owners, subject matter experts and Global Capability Center teams in multiple functions and geographies
- Have room to structure your work, share ideas and suggest improvements, with guidance and support available when needed

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience (around 5 years) in transformation, project or change roles within international, matrix organizations
- Ability to work proactively on multiple initiatives at the same time, with strong analytical and structuring skills and confidence in dealing with ambiguity
- Experience in international or cross‑border projects, with strong collaborator management skills and capacity to build relationships and influence without formal authority
- Clear and concise communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences; Dutch and/or French are an advantage in the Benelux context
- A pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability; experience working in a Global Capability Center environment or with multinational teams is an advantage
