Position: Welcome Host  
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal    
Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age

We are seeking a warm, welcoming host to greet guests and owners, check passes, and guide them through their check-in experience. If you love creating memorable first impressions and enjoy a vibrant, guest-focused role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.  
 
Key Responsibilities  
– Primarily based outdoors, you’ll welcome guests and owners warmly upon arrival at our check-in gate. 
– Create a great first impression while assisting with the check-in process. 
– Verify passes, answer questions, and offer helpful information on park amenities, events, and activities.  
– Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay.  
– Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring our guests and owners feel valued and cared for.  
– Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.  
 
Requirements  
 Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.  
– Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages.  
 Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service.  
– Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.  
– A team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment with ease.
