Benefit Analyst I
Role Overview
Benefits Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ongoing clients. The role is focused on BAU projects delivery as well as BAU support. Colleague experience will determine complexity of assigned clients. This role is open to 50/50 hybrid working model from our Kraków office and is offered on a full-time employment contract.
What the day will look like
- Responsible for the client requirements. Owning and maintaining existing requirements documents and file specifications, keeping them up to date and incorporating changes to policies and/or legislation.
- Consistently work to review existing processes and identify change opportunities that will provide client value and support revenue goals.
- Leading client projects and executing testing.
- Working with Project Team to ensure good quality transition to BAU takes place for implementation projects
- Taking part in both internal and external audits.
- Identify process gaps and create improvement plans for assigned clients.
- Support RCA process with process expertise and mitigation actions.
- Preparing Test scenarios and participating in change order testing.
- Working with Benefits Processors on eliminating manual processing.
- Leading process automation initiatives and acting as SME for RPA implementation.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s / Master’s
- English at C1 level is preferred
- Detailed analytical approach to tasks
- Ability to work in an environment which is deadline drive
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Project management experience (not essential)
- Data analysis skills and knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Presentation skills
