We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Inchinnan, United Kingdom. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food quality and presentation whilst supporting the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day operations.

  • Support the senior kitchen team in the daily running of kitchen operations
  • Work across all sections of the kitchen, demonstrating proficiency in preparing a wide variety of dishes for events and restaurant service
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, adhering to our established recipes and standards
  • Mentor and train Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters, fostering their professional growth and development
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and inspiring culinary ideas for events and hospitality
  • Assist in stock rotation, inventory management, and minimising food waste
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and COSHH regulations
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Demonstrate flexibility in covering various kitchen stations as needed
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a motivated Commis Chef looking to progress
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
  • Proficiency in preparing a wide range of cuisines and dishes to a high standard
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and relevant health and safety regulations
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior kitchen staff
  • Creative flair and a passion for developing innovative culinary concepts
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current food trends and modern, high-street dining concepts
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the culinary field
