It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a CRM Executive to join our growing CRM team. 

 

The Role

As our CRM Executive, you'll be at the forefront of crafting best in class customer journeys and cutting-edge automation programs aimed at supercharging our customer database growth. Your mission? To ignite excitement, boost shopping frequency, and foster unwavering loyalty amongst our customer base, all while hitting revenue targets and driving traffic to our online platform, app, and retail stores.

 

Role Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery and optimisation of multi-stage lifecycle campaigns across various channels, conducting weekly reporting and analytics, and diving deep to understand our customer base inside out.

We're looking for someone who can juggle tasks with ease, flourishes in a fast-paced setting, and has a genuine interest in digital marketing, along with previous experience working with an ESP.

This will include:

  • Set up and deploy multi-stage lifecycle campaigns – from briefing, segmentation creation and automation builds. Collaborating closely with our brand, copy and design teams to ensure all comms are engaging and tailored to our customer missions.
  • Become an expert on our customers, leveraging insights, data, and competitor intel to not only optimise our existing programs but also spearhead the creation of new initiatives.
  • Take the lead on our testing strategy, conducting A/B tests to fine-tune content, subject lines, segmentation strategies, send timings, and other variables.
  • With a laser focus on results, you'll be our champion in identifying performance trends and relentlessly identifying new opportunities to maximise customer engagement and revenue.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert of our ESP (Emarsys), empowering you to make swift, data-driven decisions that propel performance
  • Embrace the spirit of omnichannel excellence, ensuring our campaigns resonate seamlessly across email, push notifications, web channels, and our vibrant retail landscape.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration within the CRM dream team, sharing insights and accomplishments to ensure our collective success knows no bounds.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitors and technological breakthroughs, infusing brainstorming sessions with fresh, innovative ideas that keep New Look a step ahead of the game.

 

Experience

  • 2-3 years experience in Digital and CRM, specifically using CRM platforms (Emarsys knowledge a plus)
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Pro-active and able to work off your own initiative.
  • Methodical, logical, organised and calm under pressure
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Works effectively and pro-actively in a team
  • Must be able to thrive in a varied and fast paced environment Incredibly motivated, driven, and detail orientated
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the role
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of third-party platforms such as Odicci and Kick Dynamic/Litmus a plus.
