CRO Manager (Hybrid)

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, the CRO Manager will drive conversion rate improvements through website optimisation, using a data-led approach centred on a/b and multivariate testing.

You will monitor conversion performance at a granular level, identifying issues and opportunities for future improvements, sharing trends and insights with colleagues

A highly-collaborative role, they will work closely with colleagues, most notably the Digital Product and Digital Content team

This role will be accountable
for improving website conversion to drive incremental revenue and meet
commercial target

What are we looking for?

  • Champion best-practice digital customer experience on our websites and apps
  • Review quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for improvement, including website analytics, user testing and guest feedback
  • Perform ongoing, detailed analysis (e.g. browser & device type, geographic, funnel analysis, lead time, product performance, marketing channel, order values) to identify issues and drop-off
  • Devise and deliver a continuous a/b and multivariate testing programme to improve conversion rates and revenue
    Consider all elements including design, content and functional aspects, optimise the full digital user journey, including landing pages, product details and our booking engine
  • Test offers, propositions and promotions to inform future commercial plans
  • Report to the wider business on both website performance and the testing programme, both to communicate results and make them aware of forthcoming changes
  • Identify and deliver improvements to enable self-service online for those who might (otherwise unnecessarily) convert through our call centre, as well as gathering feedback from the wider business
  • Analyse the effectiveness of website merchandising and personalisation
  • Support the Digital Content team with data insights on how to structure and organise content to meet business goals
  • Work with content editors and developers to implement CRO changes
