Overview

As part of the Management Accounts Team, you will make a difference by providing a range of financial support to budget holders and service managers within the People department, covering key areas of support within children’s social care, education, and additional needs.

What will you be doing?   
 
  • Regulalry, you will be the key point of contact for budget holders, you will be responsible for the preparation of budget monitoring information.  This involves working closely with budget holders, both face and to face and over the telephone and email to ensure up to date information is received.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring prompt follow up on requests that are received from internal/external customers.
  • You will use your own initiative, developing and prioritising your work to meet set deadlines. You will also manage your own time to ensure key deadlines are met.
