About the role

A rare opportunity has arisen to join an award winning profitable team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol

We are a mid-size team covering all aspects of parts supply to our own workshop as well as local trade and external bodyshops. We are looking for someone who is willing to get involved in all areas of the department such as picking/packing parts, providing a parts service to our telesales customers and internal departments. The role is varied in all aspects of the departments processes.

We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of part operations who can demonstrate good interpersonal skills with a meticulous and accurate manner.

 
About you
 
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate.
 
High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.
 
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
