Sales Account Manager – Hybrid
Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Hybrid, UK
Contract type and shift: Permanent, Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week
Package includes Salary from £28,000 – (Depending on experience), plus a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact, including performance related bonus, and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%
You’ll be expected to travel more frequently to our Sherburn or Peterborough sites during your training period, with visits reducing to around once or twice per month once you’re fully trained.

At KW Feeds, part of AB Agri, we’re looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team focussing on re-engaging lapsed customers and growing sales across our full product range.
The Role:
You’ll work through warm prospect lists (customers who haven’t purchased in the last 6 months), initiating contact, following up consistently, and converting opportunities through persistence and strong relationship-building.
- Reconnect with lapsed customers and rebuild buying activity
- Sell across a wide range of feed products (moist, straights, blends, performance products and liquids)
- Deliver targeted sales campaigns with clear product messaging
- Provide accurate quotes with solid commercial awareness
- Collaborate with internal teams and pass opportunities to field specialists where needed
- Build and grow your own long-term customer ledger
About You:
- Established background working in sales or business development
- Professional and self-motivated — you thrive on prospecting and follow-up
- Effective communicator with the ability to build trust over time
- Commercially aware and detail-focused
- Agriculture knowledge
