Warwickshire Young People’s service provides 24-hour support to people between the ages of 16 and 25, promoting and developing independent living skills which will enable young people to move on into their own tenancies successfully. 

As a Support Worker, you will work directly with young people using a person-centred approach allowing people to be involved and invested in their own support. You will work alongside other agencies to ensure that the young people in our service receive the appropriate support tailored to their needs. You will have responsibility for ensuring that all support plans and safety management plans are completed and up to date for those you support, rent accounts are managed and weekly key work sessions are held. In addition, you will also be monitoring the health and safety of rooms, and the building.

We are looking for someone with a people focus, with strong communication and listening skills as you build relationships with the people we support, your team and partner agencies. Being friendly, proactive, positive, and approachable is a must and an understanding of a trauma informed approach will ensure you are committed to P3’s values in our delivery of services.
